Akash created The Property Club in early 2020 and is involved in every aspect of the business. He prides himself on old school values like hard work, regular communications and meticulous attention to detail to ensure first class service and results for his clients. His friendly approach is a reflection of his genuine desire to listen and build long standing relationships with his clients; has ‘an old head on young shoulders’ with over 12 years of experience within the property industry.
Akash is passionate about people and property and relishes opportunities seeking to modernise the real estate industry and raise standards. He firmly believes it must be a place where agents and brokers are rewarded for their skillset, creativity, relationships and the results, while they ensure suitably high levels of professionalism and experience. He is determined to make the experience better for everyone, regardless of whether they are a first-time buyer or a seasoned seller, professional landlord or a new tenant; ensuring round the clock support.
Akash’s love for property first began when he joined the largest independent Estate Agency group in the South East of England back in 2006. This is where he received the highest standard of professional and ethical training, which in fact secured a Sunday Times Estate Agency of the Year Gold Award, together with a range of other awards.
Akash’s experience includes working within the Online Media space, and contributing to the huge success of one of the UK’s household property business names (and in FTSE 100), Rightmove. It remains the UK’s largest online real estate portal, used by tenants, landlords and agencies alike. He managed the largest/key relationships with multi-sited businesses across London to maximise clients’ technological know-how and local intelligence.
Akash has also previously put his skills into good use at an exciting early stage start-up business, digitising property interiors like never before. He learned about market leading spatial data technologies: capturing and publishing 3D information about real-world interiors with accurate measurements, but on an industrial scale and reach.
2020 was different in many ways, not just because it was the start of a new decade but naturally it saw Akash bring to fruition his lifelong dream of setting up his own business. He felt that the time was right to fully utilise and leverage his knowledge, experience and connections, and return to his roots full-time.
Akash is a seasoned landlord with many years of professional experience in real estate, and he supports many of the most successful real estate businesses in the East and North of London. His local, incomparable knowledge of the areas arms him with up-to-date knowledge of the local market conditions, which provides the foundations of The Property Club.
Away from business, Akash values his time with friends and family and above all he is very outgoing and loves an adventure; typically exploring new places to see and the latest restaurants to try out. He has always really been into personal health and fitness and is an advocate for self-improvement in that sense, is a true car guy and loves to cook (more and more).
Our property sales process has been designed to make the sale of your unique property as smooth and simple as possible. We work in a flexible way, which means we’re happy to adapt any aspect of our property sales process to suit you.
First, we’ll arrange a convenient time to visit your property. We will carry out a valuation on your property, but we will also find out more about your expectations, your intentions and your priorities. The more we find out at this early stage, the smoother we can make the sale of your property.
We’ll also explain how we work and how we can help you get the best outcome. We will give you all the additional information you need up front. 24 hours after this initial meeting, we will get back to you to confirm our valuation and hear any further thoughts you may have after our meeting.
The next step is for us to prepare your property for sale. We’ll take professional photos, create a floor plan and write a description. We will then market your property on our website, as well as any other property websites you choose. In addition, we’ll send the information to our registered applicants, prime buyers and search agents. You may prefer an off-market, low profile sale with a reduced level of publicity. We are happy to work this way and have done many times before.
We will be in constant contact with you throughout the sales process, so we can understand how your own position is progressing and give you advice on any changes in the current market.
When an offer is made on your property, we’ll present it to you and work together to obtain the best possible price, buyer and timing. Once you have accepted the offer, we will define a timeline before arranging the exchange of contracts and completion through the nominated lawyers.
Throughout the later stages of your sale, we’ll act as intermediaries and will help manage interactions between the four parties: you, your lawyer, the buyer and their lawyer. As this is the period where problems can often occur, we’re sure you’ll truly appreciate the outstanding quality of service and personal touch that we’re dedicated to providing.
